"God’s call to me, His child, is not to safeness, but always to do something more—always upward, higher, further along. To bypass the call is to settle for mediocrity, complacency, and dormancy. And should I choose not to risk, I will more than likely wake up some morning with the haunting question on my mind, “Could God have had something more for me, if only I had dared to trust?”

*Happy Squeals*

Many, many, many hours have been spent here!

To all my blogging friends who so patiently put up with my sporadic posting, I just couldn't bypass the opportunity to share a peek at one of the things that's been keeping me so occupied lately. For the past 19 months, I've been working through a college music theory course via mail, and had a personal goal I just met. Though I'm not finished yet, my last assignment for Unit III is ready for the mail!

Just in time too! I had hoped for a month of evenings to spend studying Spanish before flying to Antigua, Guatemala the end of this month for language school, but the difficulty of this final assignment topped with a crazy, crazy busy last two weeks didn't quite allow that. Now with just a little over two weeks before my trip, I'm even busier, but I can cross one more thing off my list. Yeah!!

Hopefully, sometime after I return I can pick it all back up and finish my final unit, but for now, I'm breathing a sigh of relief and looking forward to a change of pace for awhile. :-)

My final assignment for Unit III. So hard, but so rewarding now that it's completed!
